The work includes renovating the Men's and Women's restrooms, renovating
nursery and activity rooms, renovating lobby and teacher's lounge, building
new nursing and Data/CCTV rooms, replacing the suspended ceiling, and
incidental related work. . Mechanical repairs include replacing existing
variable air volume HVAC system supplying conditioned air throughout the
building. Additional repairs include replacing the restrooms and
mechanical room exhaust systems and other minor modifications. Electrical
repairs include replacing lighting throughout the building. Plumbing
repairs include replacing deflected sewer pipe and hot water heater. Civil
is providing a storm water drainage system and other minor modifications.
Fire protection is providing a wet pipe sprinkler system and upgrading
existing fire alarm.
