The work includes a 6,780 SF Building 1795- constructed in 1968- and will be used by three (3) EOD units starting in late FY10 with continued used thereafter. This project will remove asbestos and will repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, replace roof, replace vault door, replace fire alarm, install wet pipe sprinkler system, repaint interior and exterior, replace floor coverings, replace/repair interior and exterior doors, and repair acoustical ceiling.
