The contract provides improvements and repairs to existing BEQ at MCAS, Cherry Point, N.C. The work includes but is not limited to replacing windows, doors, exterior concrete balconies, exterior guardrails, and
providing new interior finishes; minor structural modifications; providing a sprinkler fire suppression system; fire alarm system modifications; replacement and repair of plumbing, mechanical, and electrical systems;
repairs and resurfacing of existing parking areas; and other incidental related work. The contract also addresses lead in construction.
