The work included HVAC modifications and light fixture replacement, and low sloped roofing replacement. Interior work includes removal and replacement of acoustical ceilings and VCT flooring and restroom modernization. Exterior sidewalk replacement and repainting, and incidental related work. The work was completed in 3 phases.
