The project provided for repairs and replacement of wooden structural components in building 155 due to water damage, termite damage or age cracking. This project also replaced deteriorated wood roof joists, wood roof decking and the existing roofing system. Project scope included: removal of abandoned or unneeded rooftop mechanical equipment and associated utility hookups. Utility hookups, ventilation fans, potable water lines, propane heaters, and electrical lighting and receptacles. Work included demolition,
of miscellaneous metal flashing, existing roll roofing system, installation of rough carpentry, roof deck insulation, modified bitumen membrane roofing, flashing and sheet metal, joint sealants, mechanical and electrical work associated with interior electrical distribution systems, interior lighting, exterior lighting and associated work with existing construction disturbed by construction activities, and incidental related work.
