panels, wiring, and lighting, plumbing fixtures and DWV pipe, and interior finishes. Renovation work includes a new entry canopies, new wall partitons, new interior finshes (gyp, bd., tile, carpet, accoustical grid
ceiling, new interior doors and hardware, paint), new steel stairs and handrails, plumbing renovation including fixtures and accessories, mechanical system renovation, and new EIFS.
