Replace the rooftop package HVAC with and updated energy efficient system. Replace exterior doors. Replace windows with metal white metal white double sash, explosion proof windows. Replace sub panels with new Square-D panels. Replace all plumbing fixtures throughout the facility. Replace Floor coverings; replace the existing carpet, VFT , floor and wall tile, and cove base. Removal of all the flaking
and peeling paint, on all interior walls, ceiling, and both sides of the doors and floor. Paint with interior/exterior latex all previously painted interior surfaces. Remove all old caulking from expansion joints and re-caulk. Prep and paint all Exterior doors/frames.
