The work includes renovation of existing Building AS-840 which includes; new hangar doors, aluminum storefront entrance systems replacement, translucent panels, renovation of men's head, and creation of a women's head, several new doors and hardware, new VCT, and ceramic tile wall finishes, acoustical ceiling and grid, painting, new split system heating and cooling in the offices, replacing and providing new lighting, toilet fixtures, partitions
and accessories, fire protection upgrades, and incidental related work.
