Work on this project involved construction of a single-story armory, consisting of cast-in-place reinforced concrete exterior cavity walls with brick veneer built on a concrete slab and footing foundation, cast-in-place reinforced concrete roof decking, precast concrete sills and lintels, modified bituminous membrane roofing, gutters and downspouts, Class 5 vault doors, interior and exterior issue ports, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, IDS system and incidental related work. Also included in the work are two attached steel frame canopies with matching 2-ply modified bituminous roofing system, gutters and downspouts and exterior lighting matching over stainless steel cleaning tables secured to concrete slabs.
