Install lateral lines from the main vacuum and air lines running above the first floor finished ceilings to an area beneath room. Install hot and cold water lines and drain to accommodate new sink. Lines and drain to be of size equal to those for sinks in adjacent DTRs. Install base cabinets and sink of a configuration approximate to the adjacent DTRs. The new cabinets shall be upgraded to solid chemical resistant countertops and end piece. Make all connections to complete fully functioning sink.
