Construction of a new two-story 54,000 square foot building located at Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, NC. The building is comprised of classrooms, faculty offices, vocational laboratories and other related spaces. Blue Rock was the general contractor on the project and was responsible for all architectural, structural, and civil work, and also had administrative and coordination responsibilities.
