Remove spot cooler from Comm Room 8, patch wall penetrations. Install 2 ductless mini-split air conditioning systems. Install a hard-wired thermostat with each system. Provide an equipment pad suitable for the selected unit weight. Install 2 dedicated single phase, 30 amp circuits to HVAC units.
