Construction of a new two-story 54,000sf building located at Coastal Carolina Community College in Jacksonville, NC. The building will comprise of classrooms, faculty offices, vocational laboratories and other related spaces. Blue Rock is the general contractor on the project and will be responsible for all architectural, structural, and civil work, and will also, have administrative and coordination responsibilities. Construction began October 2004 and was completed September 2006.
