New construction of a single story armory  consisting of cast-in-place reinforced concrete exterior cavity walls with dampproofing, rigid insulation and brick veneer, pre-cast concrete sills and lintels, cast-in-place reinforced concrete roof decking, floor slabs and spread footing foundation system, two-ply modified Class 5 vault doors, steel doors and frames, interior and exterior issue ports, interior finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, IDS system and incidental work.. Also, included are two attached steel framed canopies, gutters and down spouts and exterior lighting over stainless steel cleaning tables secured to concrete slabs.
